Product Designer
Design at archzOS is the product. We have a detailed design system and strong opinions about craft — you'll be expected to push those standards higher, not maintain them.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for product features: research → wireframes → high-fidelity → spec
- Maintain and evolve our design system with the engineering team
- Work directly with engineering — you're expected to understand implementation constraints
- Run user research sessions with enterprise customers
- Set the bar for interaction quality and visual precision
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience, ideally B2B/enterprise SaaS
- Figma proficiency — not just layouts, but component systems and prototypes
- Strong portfolio showing systems thinking, not just polished screens
- Ability to write basic frontend code (HTML/CSS) for prototype validation
- Comfort with data-dense UI — tables, charts, dense navigation
Nice to have
- Experience designing developer tools or enterprise software
- Motion design background
- Prior experience at a design-led company
