Senior Full Stack Engineer
You'll be a core builder on our product team — owning entire features from API design to frontend implementation. We move fast, ship often, and care deeply about craft.
Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack features across our Next.js frontend and Node.js/Go backend
- Own performance — our P99 target is 42ms and we take it seriously
- Collaborate directly with design and product on roadmap decisions
- Review code, mentor junior engineers, and raise the team's technical bar
- Contribute to infrastructure decisions: caching strategies, database design, scaling
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript — both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js or Go)
- Experience with database design (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Comfort with distributed systems concepts (queues, eventual consistency)
- Strong written communication — we're a documentation-first team
Nice to have
- Experience with vector databases or semantic search
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Previous experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Familiarity with Next.js App Router
