Solutions Engineer

You're the technical bridge between our product and enterprise customers. You'll run discovery calls, lead POCs, answer security questionnaires, and make sure every enterprise evaluation is set up to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with AEs on enterprise deals as the primary technical resource
  • Run technical discovery to understand integration requirements and security constraints
  • Lead POC deployments — from scoping to success criteria to sign-off
  • Respond to security questionnaires and compliance reviews
  • Build and maintain technical demo environments tailored to prospect use cases

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a solutions engineering, technical sales, or implementation role
  • Strong technical background — comfortable with APIs, auth, and enterprise IT environments
  • Experience with enterprise integrations (SSO/SAML, OAuth, REST APIs)
  • Excellent communication skills in technical and non-technical contexts
  • Ability to run multiple concurrent POCs without dropping the ball

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise knowledge management or search tools
  • Familiarity with SaaS security compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Prior experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company
